Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility
You must have a DevOps AI Toolkit account, be at least 18, and provide accurate application information. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion. Approval is required before you can earn commissions.
2. Approval and termination
Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed. We may suspend or close an affiliate account at any time — for example, for a terms violation, fraud, or program changes. Suspended affiliates keep historical records but cannot create new valid referrals, earn new commissions, or request payouts.
3. Commission structure
We pay a fixed commission of US$5.00 per eligible transaction — not a percentage. Eligible transactions are: a completed one-time purchase, the initial paid membership invoice, and each successful membership renewal invoice (monthly or annual) for a subscription you referred. Taxes, shipping, and discounts are excluded from eligibility logic; the commission is a flat $5 on an eligible paid transaction.
4. Recurring membership commissions
For a membership you referred, you earn $5 on the initial paid invoice and $5 on every successful renewal invoice, for the life of that subscription while the program and your account remain active. Upgrades, downgrades, and plan-interval changes retain the original affiliate attribution; they do not create a new referral or transfer ownership.
5. Attribution window
We use 30-day last-click attribution. When a visitor arrives through your valid referral link, we set a first-party referral cookie for 30 days. If they make an eligible purchase within that window and no newer valid referral has replaced it, the sale is attributed to you. A completed purchase permanently attributes that customer or subscription; later links cannot overwrite an existing subscription’s ownership.
6. Refunds, disputes, and reversals
Commissions are provisional until they clear. A full refund reverses the full commission; a partial refund reverses it proportionally. A chargeback or dispute may freeze or reverse the related commission. If a commission was already paid out, a reversal is recorded as a negative balance adjustment against future earnings. We never award commission on failed, incomplete, zero-dollar, complimentary, test-mode, or administrator-created transactions.
7. Payout timing and threshold
Commissions are held for 30 days after the successful payment before becoming available (to cover refunds and disputes). Payouts run monthly. You must reach a minimum balance of US$25.00 to be paid; balances below the minimum roll over. Payouts are made through Stripe-hosted onboarding (Stripe Connect) or, during early access, by an approved manual method. You are responsible for keeping your payout details current.
8. Prohibited promotion
You may not: bid on our brand terms or trademarks in paid search; use coupon/deal sites to harvest attribution you did not earn; send spam or unsolicited messages; make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about the Toolkit; use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, or automated/self-clicks; impersonate DevOps AI Toolkit; or promote on sites with illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
9. Self-referrals
You may not earn a commission on your own purchases or those of accounts, emails, or payment methods you control. Self-referrals are void and may result in suspension.
10. Trademark and brand usage
You may refer to “DevOps AI Toolkit” to describe what you are linking to, but you may not register domains, social handles, or ad accounts that imply you are us, and you may not use our logo except as we provide in program assets.
11. Required disclosures
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share referral links, as required by the FTC and applicable law in your jurisdiction. See the Affiliate Disclosure Guide for examples.
12. Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes on your commissions. Where required, you must provide valid tax information before we can pay you. Commissions are paid gross of any taxes you may owe.
13. Changes to the program
We may change these terms, the commission amount, the attribution window, the hold period, or eligibility at any time. Material changes apply going forward from the date posted. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
14. Limitation of liability
The program is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you relating to the program is limited to commissions actually earned and unpaid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost earnings from program changes, tracking failures beyond our reasonable control, or account suspension.
15. Governing law
